Former Democratic Services Manager at Adare, Peter Clitheroe, has been appointed Elections Project Manager at FDM Ltd, bringing his expertise, insight and extensive network of contacts to the business.
Following nine years in his previous role, and with more than 25 years’ experience working for some of the largest customer communications management companies in the UK, Clitheroe brings specialist insight in relation to election services solutions.
In addition to the practical skills and knowledge he has developed over the years, Clitheroe also holds the Association of Electoral Administrators (AEA) Certificate in Electoral Administration and is active at a branch, national, Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and Cabinet Office level in shaping the future of the UK electoral services.
He comments: “I have experience of working with some of the senior leadership team members at FDM, so having the opportunity to do so again really appealed to me. Knowing the team here are all working towards the same goal makes a huge difference.
“I’ve worked in election services solutions for years now and want to use that knowledge to extend the partnerships we have. It is more than just winning work; it’s understanding the intricacies that come with these contracts and being the trusted supplier to deliver time and again.”

“His skills and contacts perfectly complement those we have in the business, and I can see how this will have a positive impact as we look to evolve the company and FDM starts the next chapter in its 30-year story.”
